It’s called Lizzie’s Condo because twelve years ago Lizzie lived here.  And that's what we called it then.  Even later, when Lizzie decided to go to Michigan to meet and eventually marry Adam, the love of her life, and while the condo was rented out, we still called it Lizzie's Condo.  Just so you know who Lizzie is, there's a photo of her (and Adam) below.
